Upgrade your plan (from the add-on)
The FormSlug add-on’s Upgrade your plan screen is the fastest path from Free to Pro or Team — without leaving Google Forms. For any other plan change (Pro → Team, Team → Business, downgrade, or cancellation) use the FormSlug dashboard instead.
Open the upgrade screen
Section titled “Open the upgrade screen”You’ll see the upgrade screen automatically when:
- You try to create a 6th slug on Free.
- You click the upgrade nudge on the home screen.
- You click Upgrade in the create form’s plan-availability message.
Pick a plan
Section titled “Pick a plan”The add-on shows two upgrade options:
- Pro — €9/mo — Unlimited links, custom domain, up to 4 seats.
- Team — €29/mo — Unlimited links, custom domain, up to 15 seats, three-tier roles.
Switch between Monthly and Annual billing using the toggle (Annual saves 20%).
Upgrade to Business
Section titled “Upgrade to Business”The Business option in the upgrade screen opens the FormSlug dashboard rather than completing in the sidebar — Business features (campaign analytics, approval flow, unlimited seats) are all configured from the dashboard, so the upgrade ships from there too.
Already on a paid plan?
Section titled “Already on a paid plan?”Once you’re on Pro, Team, or Business, the add-on no longer surfaces upgrade prompts — paid users shouldn’t be nudged on every sidebar open. To change plans (upgrade, downgrade, switch billing interval, or cancel), use app.formslug.com/billing. All plan-change flows live there.
If billing is managed by a teammate
Section titled “If billing is managed by a teammate”Only the workspace creator (the billing admin) can complete an upgrade. If you aren’t the admin, the upgrade screen tells you who to ask. They’ll need to open the FormSlug add-on or dashboard from their own Google Workspace account.
